| Our pricing structure is competitive and very affordable Initial Setup: The initial license and setup fee is $1,200 per seat. For Office and Laptop users, you are permitted to use a single license for both machines There is no additional hardware to purchase, no servers to install and maintain, and no IT Infrastructure changes required. We install the software on your machines while you watch. Monthly Support: The monthly support fee is $100 per user, and includes unlimited training, technical support, hosting, access to more than 100 catalogs with pricing, HCPCS codes, complete order forms and product literature and new this fall... FILLABLE PDF order forms! NO ONE ELSE HAS FILLABLE PDF ORDER FORMS. NOT EVEN THE MANUFACTURERS!! We know because WE are converting their forms into FILLABLE PDF forms.
