With more than 90 manufacturers catalogs currently in our system, we have the most complete rehab manufacturers catalog database anywhere.

How do the catalogs benefit you?
First, your RTSs & ATSs are able to search through our catalogs to configure the perfect device for your customer.
Next, every product includes the manufacturer's part number, description, suggested retail price (MSRP), footnotes and HCPCS codes.
Lastly, we have added our own Justification codes to each product.  These codes speed up the writing of Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs).  

What about order forms?
Our catalogs include digital copies of every manufacturer's order forms, mostly in PDF format.  You're welcome to print them out and use them any way you wish.

OK then, how about product literature?
Yes, we even include the product literature in our catalogs.

How much hard drive space does it take up?
About 2GB.  That's not bad, really, considering what you're getting.  Imagine carrying all that around in paper form!

How do we keep them all up-to-date?
Our catalog team consists of a Team Leader and a staff of experienced data entry personnel.  Virtually the same group has been maintaining our catalogs since we began.  We get updates from some manufacturers and our Team Leader monitors the web sites of others for updates and changes.  We even get notice from you when you find something out of synch.  We're never more than a week or two behind when a set of updates come out.
